Steps from the Plaza in Santa Fe.

Miles from ordinary.

Santa Fe is the retreat from the typical. A landscape and culture so distinct it soothes and invigorates even the most seasoned traveler. And at Santa Fe's serene center is the Inn on the Alameda, owned by the Schepps family since 1985.

The Alameda is secluded yet steps away from the heart of town. Attentive service with just the right touch. Inventive food and drink. Free on-site parking. And comfort that brings guests back time after time

Rooms and Suites

Embracing you with southwestern comfort.

From crisp bed linens to natural surfaces of wood and adobe — and in many suites the scent of a piñon-fueled fireplace — there's no mistaking the Alameda experience with any other in Santa Fe.

We named it in honor of our founder and long-time owner, Joe Schepps. But it's more than just a place to spend a great evening. By day, it's a bright, intimate café where you can enjoy an amazing breakfast or lunch, delivered with the kind of service that only comes from people who really enjoy where they work

Santa Fe Events and Festivals

Most of Santa Fe’s attractions are within walking distance from our hotel. The Plaza is just two blocks away, and the world-famous Canyon Road gallery district is even closer.

"The staff clearly enjoys working here and shows real pride in the Inn. It’s about 8 mins walk from here to the Santa Fe town square and less to the art galleries on Canyon Road."
